Crafting Co-Ops let you and your neighbors work together to grow crops for your crafting buildings! There is a job for every recipe in the Winery, Bakery and Spa. Your reward for completing one of these co-ops is 3 bushel sets which you can use to help you craft goods in your crafting building.
For Lexi's official guide to this feature, see the forum post!
You will get more XP and coins as your reward for jobs that take longer to complete based on the crop growth times.
Use the tabs in the co op farming screen to select between all jobs, basic jobs, and crafting jobs.

Hi Katie, any plans to make one of your spectacular charts for these crafting recipes? Like what crops are needed, time needed for each crop, etc? Would help for those of us that are using them to go for masteries. Thanks! Love this site!
I believe that the first 5 charts on this article will meet that challenge :) https://farmville.wonderhowto.com/blog/farmville-crafting-building-mastery-crafting-co-op-and-recipe-guide-0119846/
Glad to have you! :)
Thanks for getting back to me. It isn't really accurate. For example, I have a bakery, and for the Vegetable Tart co-op all you need are peas and asparagus, not broccoli. Someone going for a broccoli mastery would think that doing a Vegetable Tart co-op would work, when in fact it doesnt. Same with several of the other recipes. The co-ops don't use all of the ingredients that the original recipe did.
Ooh nnoooo I hadn't really looked into them to check. I guess I'll need to block out some time to work on a chart for this
How Timely! I was looking for the same as JulieB!
To add to the misery, the Triple Berry Pie co-op requires wheat, which the recipe does not :(
