When you log into FarmVille you should get this popup. You can use any amount of credits to win the free Appaloosa Horse, but you can only get him once!
After you've finished the transaction, if you have more Facebook Credits left, you can go to the 'add coins and cash' tab above your farm to continue converting it to Farm Cash (but you won't get more horses).
Do this soon before the minimum price goes back up!
