News: Lightning Collections

Update

The lightning collection can now be turned in more than once!

A new feature in FarmVille is called the Lightning Collections. 

Looks like we'll be collecting and gifting gemstones for our first lightning collection!

Gemstone Collection

The reward for getting all the gemstones is a Gem Trophy and 100XP. You will then get to share some gems with your neighbors on the feed and they will get a random collectible in the same way that the permanent collections work.

You must get ALL 10 of each common item, 7 of the uncommon ones, and 3 of the rare items to complete the collection for a trophy (not just one of each!)

Any gems you find can be shared with your neighbors.

30 can be gifted for common,

 2 uncommon gems can be collected from feed posts, 

1 person can collect a rare gem when shared on the feed.

How to find gems:

Topaz - Spread some seed.

Amethyst -  Spread some seed.

Turquoise -  Spread some seed.

Ruby -  Spread some seed.

Emerald -  Spread some seed.

Diamond -  Spread some seed.

You can gift the common gems to your neighbors using these links. 

You can also buy the gems for farm cash if you'd like to finish this one quickly.

The collection will be grey until you get ALL of each item, then color will come to your gems and you can trade it in!
