So you've hidden an app or person and you want to undo it?
Step 1 Select Top News on your news feed
Step 2 Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click 'edit options'
keep scrolling if it loads more content.
Step 3 A screen opens. Make sure you select the option you want. Add to feed.
