level 5 goods

Crafting building:

Can anybody tell me why it's always a level 5 good you share with friends?

Wasn't like this in the past!

Contacted Zynga for it, never got an answer.

I think it's either a glitch or their attempt at limiting fuel a bit so we work harder for it or pay. Balancing out the game maybe? Check the official forums if you want more info. I haven't had a lot of time to investigate lately
